Dear Students,

Well, we hope you got off to a good start this year! Winter has kicked in for real this year so bundle up and stay warm.

The “Flu” season has been pretty tough this year. Many of our students and some of our staff have been hit with influenza. Please stay healthy and play it safe. Next year, we are all getting the flu hot.

Jon Messenbrink will be leaving Pacific at the end of February /beginning of March. We are looking for the right person the replace Jon and will notify Jon’s students as soon as we make our decision. Unfortunately, Jon has to return home a little sooner than initially planned due to family matters. Once again, our office staff will notify students of Jon’s finishing schedule as soon as we have plans finalized.

The first month of this year has zipped by quickly. We hope you enjoy the rest of the winter in good health,

生徒のみなさまへ

みなさん、こんにちは！みなさんが良い一年のスタートを切れたことと思います。本格的な冬の到来です。風邪などひかないよう、温かくしてお過ごし下さい。

　インフルエンザが流行りつつあります。パシフィックでも多くの生徒のみなさんがレッスンのキャンセルをなさったり、またスタッフまでもインフルエンザにかかってしまいました。皆さまもどうぞ体調を崩したりしないように健やかにお過ごしください。

　残念なお知らせになりますが、ジョン・メッセンブリンク講師が２月終わりもしくは３月初めにパシフィックを辞められ、アメリカに帰国されることになりました。新しい講師を今探しているところですが、ジョンの生徒の皆さまには追ってご報告する予定ですのでしばらくお待ちください。ご家族のことで予定より早い帰国になり私共といたしましても大変残念に思います。最終的なジョンのスケジュールについてはまた決まり次第生徒の皆様にご報告いたします。

今年初めがあっという間に過ぎたこの一ヶ月でした。皆様も健康に過ごされ、残りの冬を楽しんでください。
